A Keighley Wedding to Remember

We recently had the pleasure of catering a beautiful wedding in Keighley, West Yorkshire — and what a day it was! With 80 guests to feed, we served around 140 covers in just three hours, keeping the energy high and the plates full from start to finish.

What made this event extra special was the couple themselves. The bride and groom came to us with a request close to their hearts — could we add a traditional Mexican dish to the menu, along with a fresh vegan option? Challenge accepted.

We introduced Chicken Tinga Tacos with a rich Chipotle and Adobo sauce, bringing bold, smoky flavours straight to the reception. Alongside that, we swapped out the Chickpeas for Kidney Beans as our vegan alternative — a change that went down an absolute storm with guests.

The feedback was brilliant, and honestly? We’re converted. The Kidney Beans were such a hit that they’ll be making regular appearances on our menu going forward, and the Chicken Tinga Tacos? Let’s just say they’ve found a permanent home.
